Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Diogo deCalle is a multidisciplinary artist who dedicates himself particularly to the art of drawing, engraving, ephemeral art and Social Practices. With regard to the latter, Diogo deCalle – together with Bruno Lavos Marques – founded Atelier SER, an innovative mobile screen print studio. Atelier SER was selected in the Berlin Social Art Award book and recently received a grant from Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian in order to support their project “Who makes the city?” in Sweden and Finland.
