Heli Kurunsaari is Finnish visual artist using reduction woodcut as her medium. She is born 1971 in Lapua, Finland. She lives and works in Helsinki. Kurunsaari graduated from Fine Art Institute of Lahti in 1996 and from Finnish Academy of Fine Arts in 2013. She has had several solo and group exhibitions in Finland and abroad. Her works are included in essential collections in Finland. Heli Kurunsaari´s artworks are colored woodcuts, but they contain many elements of a monotype.
