It contains the Exhibition-homage to Bartolomeu dos Santos, one of the greatest Portuguese engraving artists of the 20th century. It belongs to the 3rd generation of Portuguese modernist painters. Bartolomeu dos Santos lived most of his life in London, where he taught in Slade School of Fine Art. He was the author of a work of great vitality, being considered one of the summit figures of the national engraving.
