Joanna Kidd is a printmaker, painter and sculptor. After graduating in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College, she studied Printmaking and Sculpture at San Francisco State University. She then moved to Florence, Italy where she lived for eight years and received a BFA and an MFA from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze. She has been an Artist in Residence at Everglades National Park, the Arts Benicia installation residency program, and at the CSP “Printers Series” residency at Gruenwald Press.
