Sarah Tulloch is a visual artist living and working in Newcastle upon Tyne. She has an MFA from Newcastle University and works with a variety of photographic materials and collage-based methods. New work presented for the Douro printmaking biennial involves a process of gathering plant material and photographing as she works at a particular site. She then reconfigures her chosen image and combines these with the dried plant material using a solar etching plate to create the final print.
