Lynne Allen’s work is in the collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Museum of Modern Art Library, the New York Public Library, NY; the Library of Congress, Washington, DC; and the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, among others. Her work is shown nationally and internationally and she has artist residencies in China, South Africa, Sweden, as well as several in the United States. Currently she is a Professor of Art at Boston University and was former Director of the BU School of Visual Arts and interim Dean of the College of Fine Arts. She received her MFA from the University of New Mexico and is a Tamarind Master Printer.
