Marius Martinescu (b. April 10th 1965,Braila-Roumania).Graduate of the Art Academy in Bucarest- 1997. Since 2000 lives and works in USA with solo and group exhibitions in Chicago and New York. Represented by Chelsea gallery A-Forest Gallery from 2004-2006.Twice recipient of the Greenshields Art Foundation prize in 2000 and 2001.US resident based on Exceptional ability in the field of Arts since 2003. Installed in France since 2010 active in drawing and printmaking –miniature and exlibris with numerous group exhibitions and a solo show at Amarica Gallery –Paris in 2012.Awarded several prizes 3rd prize FISAE –Russ Continuar a ler...ibitions and a solo show at Amarica Gallery –Paris in 2012.Awarded several prizes 3rd prize FISAE –Russia 2016 ; 1st prize Tarragona Print Competition –Spain 2018 ; 3rd Prize Exlibris Competition Bosco Stregato Italy-2016 Finalist selected at International Biennial Print exhibit R.O.C. Taiwan 2020. 2019/2020-4th Global Print /10th International Print Biennial both shows in Portugal.
