Born in Cañasgordas, Antioquia; currently he lives and works in Bello, Colombia. He studied Fine Arts at Fine Arts Institute in Medellin, is visual artist from the Universidad de Antioquia and Magister in Art history from the same university. He have chosen the etching and drawing like the main way to show his artistic job. Currently he works like teacher of printmaking techniques and drawing since 1995 in different universities from Medellin. He shows his graphic work and drawing since 1993 where Etching, aquatint and drawings are the main interest. He has shown his works in Colombia mainly, where has been a Continuar a ler...uatint and drawings are the main interest. He has shown his works in Colombia mainly, where has been awarded two times, and in some countries like: Argentina, Spain, United States and now Portugal.
