Susan Lowdermilk is a printmaker and book artist in Eugene, Oregon, USA. She creates artist books that feature traditional printmaking processes such as woodcut, with pop-up pages and movable structures. Through her recent work, she explores topics related to our relationship to our natural world and climate change. She is an art and design professor at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, and teaches workshops in artist’s books, paper engineering and printmaking.
