Veta Gorner (UK) is a multidisciplinary printmaker working in etching, silkscreen and lithography. She combines a range of techniques in her artwork from freehand drawing to digital manipulation, reinventing centuries-old methods to better communicate contemporary sensibilities. She graduated in Design and Architecture and has worked in graphic design, illustration and art-directing for publishing and advertising. Her work is a celebration of life and a reflection upon its high and lows, and tensions in between. It is concerned with the thoughts and emotions that move us into action.
